A budget Chimney
A decent kitchen chimney with normal noise levels for that price point, good suction, clear installation instructions, though we had recieved a call for installation, we installed it ourselves, template to screw holes were provided.Cleaning is easy, build quality is commendable. Motor seems aptly powered. After sales service was good, as my LED light driver failed, they replaced it no problem, just call Inalsa directly and not amazon.

Product is good, service is worse
This review is not against the technician as he was following company policy. It is against the company itself.I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what I can only describe as a nightmare chimney installation service. The entire process from start to finish was riddled with incompetence, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am writing this review to share my dreadful experience and warn others to stay far away from this company.Firstly, the communication with the company was a mess right from the beginning. They were slow to respond to inquiries, and when they finally did, their responses were vague and lacked any real information. This led to a great deal of frustration and uncertainty as I tried to gather details about the installation process and what to expect. On the day of the installation, things went from bad to worse. They have charged me 590rs just to hang the chimney. I have done multiple follow-ups to get a GST invoice for this payment.Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of this entire ordeal was the company's response to my complaints. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of work and the unprofessional behavior of their technicians, they were dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead blamed external factors for the problems I had experienced. The company's warranty policy stipulated that in order to be eligible for warranty coverage on their chimneys, the installation must be carried out exclusively by their own technicians. While this may seem like a reasonable condition on the surface, it becomes problematic when you consider the potential implications. The stringent requirement to have the chimney installed solely by their technicians, coupled with the absence of a written warranty with an official company stamp, has raised serious concerns about both their practices and commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, the lack of a written warranty document with an official company stamp raises a multitude of red flags. A written warranty serves as a promise of product quality and a safety net for consumers in case of unforeseen issues. Without a proper, stamped warranty document, customers are left vulnerable and without legal recourse should the chimney fail to meet expectations or develop problems. The absence of transparency and accountability is deeply troubling. Customers deserve the right to understand the terms and conditions of their warranty coverage clearly, and a stamped, written document provides the necessary proof of commitment from the company. Relying solely on verbal assurances or vague statements is simply insufficient when it comes to protecting consumer rights. It's unfortunate that a company would choose to prioritize their own interests over customer trust and satisfaction. The lack of options for installation and the absence of a legitimate written warranty document create an environment ripe for potential exploitation. This is not the way a reputable and customer-focused company should operate. As a consumer, I strongly advise fellow buyers to approach such a company with caution and explore alternatives that offer more transparency, flexibility, and respect for customer rights.
