My heat controller has broken, how do get a replacement

Ideal for a chilly night

The plug blew, replaced fuse and it did so again. Happened after 2 months of purchase so unable to return. It’s a shame as otherwise it was a good product, wish I’d listened to the reviews about the controller breaking, I was hoping they where rare exceptions

I've had heated throws before that have cost considerably more and been far less reliable than this one. This product ticks all the right boxes for me! It is soft to the touch, is very warm even on low settings and the timer facility comes in very handy when you doze off underneath its warmth. Economical to run, I would recommend this to any prospective purchaser
