Nicoman Noodle Doormat, Dirt-Trapper, Barrier Door Mats, Spaghetti, Brown/Beige/Black Stripes, 90x60cm (35.5X 23.6inches)

We now have five Nicoman mats, so yes we must like them! With the last purchase I received a very nice note from Nathan at Nicoman, so I thought it was about time I left a review.Although they are rolled up for delivery, all the mats unroll flat straight away, so you don't get edges that are just waiting to trip you up.One of our mats (75x44 in beige) is used inside. It's on a wood floor and does move around a little with use, but it's nice and springy like all the others. The other 4 are all outdoors under a canopied area. Three are 90x60 and the other is a 150x60 runner. I loved the design of the brown/beige/black stripes mat, but sadly didn't come across it until after I'd bought two of the brown/black mix mats - not that there is anything wrong with those. All the mats mentioned so far have the vinyl backing (for indoor or covered outdoor use), which means they don't let water drain through - but also trap any moisture underneath. I found that one of our outdoor mats was always getting wet underneath (despite being under cover - I think water seeps under the patio from an uncovered section), so my most recent Nicoman mat is one designed for outdoor use only, i.e. without the vinyl backing. You can see the difference between the two types in the photos attached. The 'outdoor only' mat should allow the patio underneath to breathe and any moisture to dry/evaporate better.You do need to be careful when ordering Nicoman mats, to choose the correct type of mat for the location it is intended to be used in.My only disappointment is that the 'outdoor only' mats seem to come in a limited range of colours, so I was unable to match with the indoor/outdoor mats I had bought before.All the mats are lovely to stand on, even with bare feet, and simply need a shake to clean them.

This runner is just what I wanted. The colours are true to the picture. As I have only just received the runner I cannot vouch for its durability or ease of cleaning but as it looks and feels of good quality I am sure there will be no problems. So pleased with size and price. After a month or so I am still very pleased with this runner, I also purchased the matching door mat, both are totally non-slip and very easy to clean, will buy again, if they ever wear out

This was for my front door. So pleased, the colours look lovely on my wooden flooring. Also the cost was very reasonable & so much cheaper than the large shops. A nice note inside stated it was a small family firm which also pleased me that I could support them in a small way in these difficult times for businesses. It was delivered to me in 2days.

Rug is lovely and is just the right size for the inside of my FRONT door. Colours match my cream carpet. Only just got it so haven't cleaned it yet or know if it's durable but have it give stars anyway as I'm sure it will be ok x

I was pleasantly surprised with the mat great price and looks very nice in my porch and it’s just the right size for my shoes to be left there when I come in with the dogs it looks very easy to keep clean I will probably buy a other one as I was looking for a mat that size for ages

This looks smart and is hardwearing. Ideal for a small hall with a door opening on to a cloakroom. My old style mat would get in the way of the door . This sits nicely on my wood flooring without moving around.

Should have noticed that it was made of nylon.It’s completely plastic,so it won’t absorb anything!Nothing like normal doormats.Maybe useful in a garage for working under a car but not in front of a doorway.Buyer beware.

Rug well packaged and arrived very quickly. Looks good and basically does what I hoped. A little snag in the rug appeared after a couple of days which could have been caused by our dog’s claw, otherwise as good as new. We have had it in situ for about one month, so still fairly early days.
