Keto electrolytes
Anybody that has woken up with leg cramps a few weeks into their Keto diet should absolutely get some sodium and electrolytes in their system. These aren't bad. I can't use them in plain water because the taste is a bit...fishy? However I do use them for my preworkout waters with a Crystal Light packet and that covers up any weird aftertaste. The serving scoop has a nice long handle and the powder itself seems to be lasting for a long time. It dissolves completely in my water so there is no gulp of sand on your last chug. It was a good value and seems to be doing the trick as far as getting rid of my 3 a.m. leg cramps.... ;)

Dysautonomia electrolyte support
I'm not an athlete. I have dysautonomia plus other health problems and the number one management instruction from doctors is to get more sodium and liquids to boost circulation to counter how our nervous system glitches. But boosting sodium alone causes potassium to drop setting off another problem. So I've needed an affordable, well balanced electrolyte mix and I found this. I tried this after searching through lots of oral rehydration supplements. And now I just buy this and I keep sharing links to it in the support groups when others ask for options in their own searches.I have to add other supplements for my health maintenance so I can't really comment on flavor and all the supplements keep me functioning just well enough to live on my own so I also can't comment on exercise elements. I just wanted to add another voice from a possibly unexpected faithful customer.

Great product
Great product for the keto diet. Provides much needed electrolytes. Each person is different, but i do not taste anything when i drink my mix. My wife does. I find it very easy to drink and use it daily. Excellent product and good value forthe price compared to other chouces.

Tastes like the ocean floor no matter how much you dilute it so it's not great for water fasting. Needs a strong flavored beverage to hide the taste.

Helped me feel amazing.
I liked that it was unsweetened and that I could scoop as much as I wanted not being restricted to pills. Nice product.

Smell and taste a deal breaker. No can do.
Taste and smell so bad I couldn’t use it. Wanted to use for fasting but in plain water it’s awful. Smells like sweaty socks. Akk.
