The Mylar-like material that these Pom Poms are made of are great when waving them around. They create a flash and sparkle that catch one’s eye.The fullness of each needs work. One has to shape them upon first use because they are bound with a rubber band. They shape great—until you start shaking them—and then they return to their bound form, or close to it.One is constantly having to pull and tug to bring the fullness back after each use. Tiring. But for what my friends and I used them for, they worked fine.

Hope they will fluff out once removed from pkg. and used. Strips are very wide

I've never left a negative review but these are not even close to pom poms. They look like a party favor. Shiny, yes but usable as a pom? Nope. Not even for a child. You can't fluff them AT ALL, they stick straight out. OF COURSE you can pose them fluffed for a photo but once you pick it back up, it goes right back into a straight bunch of shiny metallic strips. The price isn't a bargain if you are looking for actual pom poms, you will just pay more for some kind of strange metallic table centerpiece because thats the best you can use it for.

Bought for 2 majorettes to use as Pom poms in the stands at football games. They wound up giving them to some of the children who like to cheer with the cheerleaders. Very flimsy and somewhat cheap looking. Not professional looking by far. They do not fill out well either. They do sparkle though and catch the light well. Would not purchase again especially at that price.
