The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love my new housekeeper! Living with 4 roommates that don't clean (2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 lazy human) , I needed some assistance keeping my place neat and free of hair tumbleweeds. This thing is amazing. It's very quiet compared to the other models I looked at, and honestly had it run at midnight last night with no interruptions to my sleep. The suction is great, and you’ll see the amazing little trails on the carpet that clean freaks like me live for. I even have a higher pile rug in my room that I was concerned about, but my little guy went right over it with no issues.

This robot cleaner truly exceeded my expectations. I think this works perfectly for my apartment, especially I have a pet. The suction is powerful enough that it can easily pick up those hairs from the floor. Now I don’t need to carry the old fashion vacuum and do the cleaning myself. Thanks to the technology. One more thing that I like is, it can both mop and vacuum the floors, with an interchangeable dustbin and water tank. What a life saver! Overall, this is a great product at this price level. Still exploring its different modes and function. Hope to update more in the future.

I have to say this is my most favorite Vaccum cleaner. I have a long history of using robotic vacuum cleaners in my house and office. There is barely anything to install, it works right from the box. It generates strong suction while staying quiet. Also, it has a built-in sensor which prevents it from falling and collision. Every morning before I leave my house, I would just turn it on and let it do its job. The robotic vacuum cleaner is able to charge itself when the battery goes low. More importantly, I can use the app to set up the route which is pretty cool. Minor issue: I don't like the app color theme but it is fine since it does the cleaning job well.

1st: The packaging for my robovac was not in good shape but luckily the equipment was not harmed but if it was shifted at all it would have damaged it.2nd: The app will not connect. I get to the binding part and it won't happen on either ios or Android. I contacted support and they told me that it's because their server is in Singapore and it is timing out and that it would take a few months for them to get one closer (in in the US). So the app is hit or miss right now from other reviews. And without the app I can't auto schedule the robovac so I run it manually when I need it or every night as I go to bed.3rd: this was a replacement for a Eufy Bot 11c so I am comparing this to that unit. We had to replace that one because of an accident from one of my dogs.4th: this robovac actually works really well! The auction power picks up all the dog hair with no problem and we have 2 dogs, 1 short hair mix and 1 German shepherd.5th: I've only tried the mopping once but I was disappointed. It seeps the water from its basin onto the pad and cleans that way so don't expect it to spray anything. It cleaned some dirt off my hardwood floors so it was better then it was before.6th: I wish it had a bigger battery like the eufy but it does clean for at least 30-45 minutes before going back to its base to recharge.7th: remote is a little confusing as there are 2 power buttons on it that the manual says does the same thing but it works and that's what counts!Overall: This works better and seems "smarter" than my old eufy bot 11c which would bang into things a lot more. I only took off the 1 star because of the app but the service dept worked with me! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an entry level unit but I think it's definitely on par with the units in its price range and a little farther up ($300 - $500 range).

It works really well as far as vacuuming goes. It gets around the house well and gets back home to charge ok. BUT I could not get the app to work. For some reason the robot would not connect to my WIFI or Hotspot on my phone. I talked to there service over chat many days, They are in China, and they could not resolve the issue. I did not get to try the mop feature. They were going to give me 60 dollars back since the Robot would not connect but I did not want a robot without it. It is quiet and the pan was full after running around the house for over an hour. It was a shame really think they have a good unit they just need to fix the WIFI connection. Hopefully they will. I gave three stars because it is a good unit but at the price it should have a working connection for the app.

I write this review after used.I have to say:”It’s very , very,very good production.I have two kids ,very day need to clean the floor.They jump bed and floor without shoes.You know,it need the floor is very clean.It solve the problem ,because it can both mop and vacuum the floors, with an interchangeable dustbin and water tank. .I think that made right decision.Suggest to buy.I like it.

I've had it for over a week now and I used the vacuuming twice and mopping once.What I like: 1) It is reasonably quiet. 2) It does a pretty good job vacuuming. Mind you, for a single guy with no pets, I run it on weekends and it keeps the house clean. But when I open the dust collector, it surprises me how much dust it collects. 3) It does seem to find the base. 4) It looks sleek and pretty. I like the red rim too. 5) it seems fairly well designed and well made. I like that all the components fit well and snap into place nice and snug without a rattle. 6) It's easy to use and to clean. 7) It detects the edge of my basement stairs quite well.What can be improved: 1) I did not like the iOS app. I am an IT guy and it looked more like a quick and dirty hack than a professionally written app to me. When I got to the point when it wanted me to create a hotspot and temporarily rename my iPhone to some bogus name and bogus password in order to get it set up, I ditched the app. And although I would have liked to be able to time schedule the unit, it is not critical to me. I'm fine with just the remote. I hope they will improve the app soon. 2) It does not like my bar stools. They are the spinning type with a wide circular slick metal base. It keeps trying to climb the base and often gets stuck. 3) I feel that I have to remove or block out any loose cables that are touching the floor, otherwise it will chew on them and die. 4) The mopping component does not seem to release the water very well. Even after I used the DROP button on the remote, which was supposed to reduce or increase the release of water, the pad remained practically dry. At some point I actually had to dampen the pad with water but the water release mechanism still didn't seem to release water enough to keep the pad moist. So after an hour the water tank remained practically full.EDIT, Jul 18, 2020: After a few more months of using it, I have to adjust the rating by taking away one star. I had to ditch the mopping function completely as it simply doesn't release the water at all. Out of three times that I contacted the vendor, they responded once and I was unable to get any help. I often find that I have to babysit it otherwise it gets stuck. On a positive side: the battery still lasts well over two hours and it's easy to clean. It is a decent robot, although for the price I paid for it 6 months ago, I can now get a new iLife A9 with a WiFi mapping feature.

Hi guys.InhVe a few robot vacuums. This one isn’t bad. But isn’t that great. It does go up and down on auto. But it goes on the same spot like 10 times. Or more before moving to the next row. It’s such a pain. I’m not joking it doesn’t move. Up and down the same line.Suction power was really great. App is not bad.But I wound the Recommend this. Save ur money and get a Eufy instead. It works way better trust me

we had to build up too much infrastructure in order for the robot to clean in designated areas. and then the robot didn't even clean properly for example the mat (1.5m x .75m) in our entry way. just simple dirt wasn't picked up, neither on such mat nor nor on the tiled flooring of our hall way. what a dissapointment. the mop function was equally dissapointing. for example a simple, small, dried stain of coffee was not cleaned up.

The vacuum itself works descent; however, the app for controlling it leaves much to be desired. For starters once you add a scheduled event it can be edited up until you close the app, at which point the app shows no scheduled events. The vacuum will then run that scheduled event every day with no means of clearing it. (I did find a work around; add the exact same event, back out to the main screen and then delete the scheduled event). Secondly the vacuum has a “clean map” that literally only shows where it has been during that clean cycle, the map clears after the vacuum shuts off, or rather is supposed to. The issue we have is the vacuum Doesn’t clear the entire “map” and now believes it has cleaned one area of the map so it doesn’t go into that area on auto.Overall we are not entirely pleased with this robot vacuum and will be replacing it eventually.

Returned. I was never able to connect the app to the machine. I contacted the Company and they send me in different directions, no one worked so I returned it. I have to rate the product in order to comment. I will say that I tested manually and works fine, I bought it because they offer the app to use the machine from phone. I used 3 different model of Android phones and no one connect to the app.
