I came to know how effective these markers were because I purchased a whiteboard (see picture) and it came with three black markers from this brand. The markers worked SO WELL, I decided to see if Amazon carried more in different colors and I was in luck. At less than a dollar for each marker, these were NOT expensive, and write with consistency. The colors are bright, easy to read, and surprisingly easy to erase.This will NOT be great for teachers who are writing on white boards for their classrooms. Instead, these will work for those who are using them for smaller boards and individual needs (aka a student with his/her own white board for work, etc.). Note: I have been a veteran public school teacher for now 24 years.I highly recommend these markers to those who will need a BULLET marker (super fine point) for smaller boards, and only if you have the need for different colors.I liked them so much that I decided to buy them on Subscribe and Save with Amazon.

These are good dry erase markers. I was surprised how strong most of the colors were. They’re not necessarily the same color as their caps though (pink is more like red and gray is just black).

I use white board markers a lot! I'm always searching for a better one. I've tried expo - no thanks (washed out color, too big of tips, etc). I tried BIC - loved those until they started leaking - as in big old piles of ink (every marker did it eventually). I tried the board dudes - those were my favorites except they had a slight odor that drove my scent-sensitive son nuts. So, these were my next purchase, and I'm really liking them.PROS - an actual fine tip! You can write clearly with small letters and it's still readable. The colors don't match the color on the outside of the pen, but they're nice colors. The end tip eraser is nice for little erasures. I don't care about the magnet, so I won't comment on that.CONS - the fine tip is inconsistent. Some of the markers are "finer" than others. The ink flow is inconsistent. They're still new, but at times the ink doesn't flow well, as if it's running out of ink. This concerns me - will they run out rather quickly? I don't know.So, all in all, they're not perfect, but they're the best I've found so far. I'm hoping the ink holds out for a reasonable amount of time. If it does, I'll be back to buy more.

Such great markers, I ordered an extra set. The first set came with the great magnetic write-on fridge calendar I also purchased from Amazon. Having had other (useless) markers provided with prior calendars I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this set! Just the right tip to allow for clear, precise writing, even on small sections of the calendar! I immediately ordered another set (this one came with additional colors!) to have as a back up! Highly recommend!

These markers are great! The colors are very vibrant and I like how the tip of the pen is the right amount of thickness so the words look legible. These erase very well and work great on my magnetic fridge calendar. Would recommend!

Some of the colors are very light and difficult to see on a white board

The value for the price is good. Two pens of each color, magnetic, erasers on the lids. The ink is very vibrant, even the yellow. Sometimes when i take the cap off, the tip comes off with it. Erasers work for dry erase but tend to leave color behind on laminated paper. If writing has dried, erasers take forever to remove the writing so i keep a tissue nearby as an eraser. If the cap is left off, the tip dries and wont write in about 5 minutes, BUT if you put the cap on and wait a little while, it writes again. I just rotate colors as i work. I dont regret the purchase and i might buy again if other options were more expensive.

I wasn't too sure what to expect, because these were extremely affordable. Have been using for a couple weeks now, and they are great. The marker tip is sharp and precise, and they hold up to the roughness of my child using them for school. The magnet is a great option - we use them, and then just attach to the dry erase board. One of the erasers did come off the first day, but I think that was user error. Simple glue will help!
