I try to avoid oatmeal-based granola for my gut, and I avoid processed sugars. This granola is perfect if you don’t have a nut allergy, and it’s only sweetened with maple syrup! Delicious!

This is a great granola to eat with yogurt. It is chocked full of almonds and other seeds, adding a nice crunch. Having said that, the only negative is the added raisins that are so hard to chew, which is not good.

Best low carb breakfast “cereal” EVER!!! Can eat in a bowl with milk, or sprinkle on top of yogurt or just eat right out of the bag. It’s expensive but worth every penny!

Great mouth feel, especially when mixed into Greek yogurt. Not too sweet, and super crunchy. This is a Kroger house brand. Go figure! It's definitely worth seeking out online. It is a superior product, far surpassing the $14.99 bags that masquerade as "paleo" in NYC markets.

Husband likes this cereal because it is full of nuts and has less oats making is lower in carbohydrates. Good cinnamon flavor.

We eat this non-grain granola every morning with our Magic Spoon - high protein cereal. Unfortunately, it is WAY overpriced here on Amazon but nowhere else and for what reason? We buy it at Kroger markets at around $8,99 for the 16-OUNCE package. We just bought some of the 16-OUNCE packages of this same item on Vita Cost for $7,99. Something appears to be off here.
