I doubt they’re actually 50mg
I brought these with me to help me sleep while I was on vacay. Usually I take 2 Benadryl when I need them. So I got these. Couldn’t sleep well at all. Realized that 2 25mg tablets works WAY BETTER than one 50mg capsule.

Works better than Benadryl to me
Bottom line is they work take two or three and you really feel it. It works it's not healthy for you it's not good for you because of the chemicals in the dyes but to be honest it works better than Benadryl and that is the truth

Asleep in 30 minutes
50 mg. of Diphenhydramine 365 ct. from CVS is $30.00 at best. These work great, helps to ease a racing mind. I think the Bendryl does something, I bought them for the (Diphenhydramine) which I know works

Not for sleep
OK for allergies but the antihistamine didn't make me sleepy.

Does the job
Works well. Experation date was only 1 yes out. ("Luckily" I have a dog with constant allergies, so they may be used up or close to all used by experation date.)
