My child has very long thick curly hair and used to get a lot of tangles all the time. Now, my child uses this when conditioning and no more painful tangled hair! I’d recommend to anyone with curly hair prone to tangling (particularly for those with sensitive scalps).

I have RA and my hair texture has changed. I wanted something that was easier to hold and wouldn't pull so much hair out but it pulled way more than my boar bristle brush. The handle is semi flat (not round) that I found more awkward to hold onto than a round handle. I'm glad it works so well for others but it didn't for me.

I was SO skeptical that this would actually work, but low and behold, it did! I still have some hair shedding/breakage (whatever that's called) but easily less than 10% of what I had with my previous brush. Plus, it doesn't hurt when brushing through tangles like my previous brush did.

My daughter hates when I have to detangle her hair! She has fine but very coily hair. She has the least amount of complaints when I use this brush. I would recommend giving it a try for less tears on shampoo day.

I have wavy-bordering-on-curly hair that is very fine and very densely-packed. Every other brush I've tried either gets hopelessly snarled, feels like someone dragging nails across my scalp, or plays tog-of-war with my hair. Not this one! There is the occasional *slight* tug, but even then it's not painful, and another pass removes the knot causing the issue.
