Product is REFURBISHED NOT FACTORY NEW
This should have been in the product description... I went to a phone store for the first time because the screen died after ~6 mo. use and the guy opened it up: 5 screws missing around the camera module, sticker to hold battery in place, some other signs that the phone was not factory new. I don't mind even the price but just be honest with the product description. Overall, the phone was great until the screen stopped working.
