Well built, just the right size and easy to use and fold away afterwards
For taking macro shots or product shots, these are perfect. I have a rail-based rig and clamp this on one side and point the flash at it, giving a nice soft side-fill.For those who wonder what the black is for, it kills the light on that side if that is what you need to do.Nice product - well built, just the right size and easy to use and fold away afterwards.

I think these are a little too small
good material and colour selection, shame you have to remove the covers and turn them inside out for when you need to change the reflective service,

Handy - BUT
I have taken up film photography again, now that I have retired. One area that I have never really tried is Macro. So with trusty OM1 and a set of bellows and 80mm f4 Macro lens I have ventured forth. Found fairly quickly that in bright conditions outdoors the colours can get 'washed out'. Reading up a bit more on the subject I found an article that demonstrated that using diffused light made a BIG difference and that a 300mm diffuser is an ideal size for Macro. It is, and it works well. Now we come to the "BUT". Do not be in a hurry to catch a bus if you try to repack this thing into the supplied bag!!! Wrestling with this reminds me of trying to wash the cat of a former female partner. It fights!!!!!

Well worth getting!
Great little bit of kit to have. I’ve only used it for outdoor flower photography so far but it was great to have. Greatly helped illuminate dark areas. It’s small and lightweight so no problem to carry.

Too small to be effective unless you wear it like a bib.
The idea is good but these are just too small to have any effect at all for 'on cam' unless you want to hold it under your chin like a bib and they certainly fight back when you try to fold these little beggars back into their bag!Go for something bigger if you really want a decent effect.
