It has really good resistance. I don't use it at the gym, but I do use it at home when doing leg workouts. It's thick and durable. Doesn't have too much of a stretch, but thats good for me because it makes me work harder (if that makes sense lmaoo)

It is a great band, I got the single black band. I use it for warm ups and rehab exercises and it is working great. I wish it was a little shorter, but size was specified when I bought my it, so I won't take off star from that. It feels well made and the non slip sections are an extra feature.

I like that that it doesn't turn into a rubber band size while using. Compared to to other rubber type bands I've tried in the past.It runs a little big for me but it works just the way it should. So I had to do some adjustments during using.

Great quality for the priceI was expecting some lightweight band, but upon opening it and testing it out, I can tell it's super durable and feel like it would last a while.
