Q: Does it come with the tench reg?

No, comes with Fill probe, Brass dust plug, Black original dust plug, Set of spare Orings

Q: Do you get the pressure gauge on this or do you have to use the one from the original.

Hi The item is complete everything included, you even get spare O rings a filling probe and a brass dust plug with a complete working cylinder with a valve built in meaning you can change the cylinder when pressurized.

I do not know, because the piece did not reach me because of incomplete address, according to Saudi Post, and was returned to the sender
