YouU 50 pcs Plastic Hinged Screw Cover Caps Washer Flip Tops (Black)

Was installing black shutters and was interested in these as I wouldn't have to paint them. They are a bit on the small side, a #6 wood screw head fits perfectly inside the bottom and a #8 wood screw is the largest you can use and still get the cap closed properly. Snapping the cover can sometimes be an effort but it seems to be secure once it clicks down. From the photo you can see they look pretty good. The quality is OK, there are better ones for sure, but I needed 36 of them and these were a very good value.

I was scared that these might be too small for using an exterior drywall screw to install a shutters but they were perfect size for shutters and the drywall size number eight screws heads. I'm sure she's coming with the the plugs the plastic plugs but a lot of cases if you have wood behind the walls I would definitely prefer to put screws in because the plugs attend to wear out and weather and just break off I've been a handyman for 40 years and I've seen this a lot

A snap to use and because it's one piece it saves a lot of fumbling around. I had used another brand where the base and the cap were separate and too often the caps would slip out of my hand. The largest screw you can use is a #8 and you just choose the length you need.

Verify size before buying

These caps were perfect! Deep cup, so are better suited for carpet or padded upholstery applications! Had no problem with secure snap on them. Good product.

Too small for my application, but it's not their fault. I'll be dead in a year so I will keep it. Great seller.

ok but not very durable, but very cheap price

Good price but sadly they will not close using most screws, they are very small and simply not big enough to use anything but countersunk screws. Just ditched them and bought some proper ones from HD, more expensive but at least you can close them properly .

Arrivato velocemente ma il materiale non è il massimo. Dopo 1 mese al sole alcuni hanno ceduto. Plastica cotta.
