Nice backyard play set!
Bought this for my little girl’s (8 yo) Christmas present. It took me a while (3 days) to assemble by myself but not difficult. Also, one of the poles cracked while inserting screws but called and got a replacement within couple of days hassle free. Recommend 2 persons to assemble or calling the company to have them assemble for you. Otherwise a good buy and sturdy for the kids to play on.

Overly Complex build
First, this build took my spouse and I over 2 full days to complete. We read the reviews and just planned for this and took our time and it was like a bonding experience for us. I’m an engineer and I’m constantly building prototypes so this wasn’t a huge deal but if you’re inexperienced in putting things together, impatient, etc then just pay someone to assemble it because you’ll get extremely frustrated and probably quit.My biggest complaint is they made the design overly complex and used a bunch of different types of fastener when they didn’t have to. This means you spend most of your time hunting down the parts rather then assembling anything. Like a jigsaw puzzle. It also had a missing bolt.I can’t stress this enough: Stay organized, be patient, give yourself plenty of time, and enjoy the build!I didn’t rate it lower because it’s incredible that I could get something this big my delivered right to my door for $800. It smells of lovely cedar too. It’s not a top quality product but they did a great job designing something that was realistically priced, ship-able and looks good.

Fantastic playset!
Awesome playset! Very sturdy! I have 2 young boys who destroy everything in site and this playset is built to withstand them. Amazing! The only thing that was different then it said was the building time. The instructions said it would take 2 people 5 hours to build. It took my husband 15hours. No predrilled holes so you need to be somewhat skilled to know what to do. Otherwise our family is so so happy with this christmas purchase! One year after purchase, the playset started to fall apart because of the Arizona sun.

Do not buy! Warning!
Warning! DO NOT BUY THIS PLAYSET! I purchased this playset for my son for Christmas, and it took over two days to assemble. Within less than three months of installation, we noticed major issues: large splits in the wood, warped boards that were included in our original delivery, and overall poor-quality materials. The playset has become unsafe for my son, with the stairs splitting and the top floor wood beginning to crack. When I contacted the company, they sent a full replacement—but expected me to completely rebuild the entire playset on my own. Their response was unrealistic and only highlights how poor the quality of this product truly is. BEWARE and run away!

Nice swingset for the money and my grandson loves it!
We purchased this swingset for my grandson and he loves it and we are pleased with it. I was apprehensive because of some reviews that people had difficulty with assembly. Now my husband and I are very handy so we really did not have any issues. We did not have any missing parts but some board were missing the letter label. However, the instructions are very clear and each step tells exactly which boards/parts you need including size so we could measure the board and figure it out. This set is not difficult to assemble but you do have to have time and patience. There are alot of parts and I recommend 2 people. We only had one issue where holes/boards did not line up but we loosed the adjacent boards and just had to do a little tugging and twisting and everything lined up fine. Since most yards are not completely level, we made sure everything was as square as possible to prevent any misalignment issues. One thing I did to help speed the assembly was I organized the screws, bolts and washers by size smallest to largest and all of the board pieces so we weren't digging through the boxes. I would gather the pieces and parts for the next step while my husband was assembling the previous step. This set came in 3 boxes. Also, the instructions do recommend sealing the wood so we bought Thompson water sealer and sealed it. It made the wood colors more vibrant and will help the set last longer. We made sure the swingset was as level as possible because our yard has a slight slope and anchored it and we have no complaints about this swingset. It is a nice swingset for the money!

Disappointed
Assembled this for my toddler as a Christmas present this season. My wife and I were extremely optimistic about this particular model despite numerous reviews describing poor quality materials and even broken parts. In a nutshell, these reviews also described what our experience was like. To start, I had to superglue numerous pieces of wood that had came in the original packaging. Luckily none were load-bearing. There were also numerous pieces of hardware that were missing, so this involved numerous trips to the hardware store. It was not uncommon for wood to split when fastening screws during the process. In some cases holes did not align properly - which the manufacture claims if you ensure you’re level during the build you won’t have that problem. I’m calling BS on that because we utilized a level and t-square during assembly.Additionally, a number of the bolts were also poor quality and stripped easily. Not to mention there is an abundance of different sized screws and fittings which varied most cases by 1/8” - 1/4” in depth. You’re telling me the manufacturer couldn’t have minimized the variation in parts to a few different sizes/types to simplify the design and ease of construction? I would attribute operator error to a lot of my grievances, however, I had my father-in-law (with years of contracting experience) help me with a good bit of this project. He was also extremely frustrated with the quality and unnecessary plethora of different parts to say the least.I will say that despite my woes this playset does seem relatively sturdy - or sturdy enough for my toddler for the time being. But, considering my experience I would NOT recommend this product - I am sure there are similar products of better quality on the market somewhere. Do your own research.-Frustrated Santa
