Carbonation, is it me, or the wine yeast?
As usual the kit was totally complete and well documented from Northern Brewer. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is I followed the directions to the letter, and I didn't get any carbonation. Flavors appear to be on point, but carbonation is flat.

Kit not working out for me
2nd kit I buy with no reaction from yeast. Another batch failed. I follow the directions and still no alcohol made.

Never Completed Fermentation
I've been brewing beer for decades and decided I'd give seltzer a spin. I've been very satisfied with Northern Brewer kits and products in the past, but not this seltzer kit. It never finished fermenting. ended up tossing it. I'm sticking to beer.
