Vitacost Synergy Once Daily Multi-Vitamin - 60 Capsules

I was recently in the market for a multivitamin to cover a couple of the other single-vitamin supplements I take. I was looking around at different recommended brands, and I was really looking for one that wouldn't require more than 1-2 pills, and I did not want one that was full of megadoses of vitamins. Sometimes more of something is merely too much. On a paleo/primal forum there seemed to be a handful of recommendations for Vitacost's Synergy Once Daily multi. So, I checked it out. The price here was the same as the price on Vitacost's site, but with Prime shipping vs paying a shipping charge. However, if you catch Vitacost on a good day, they often have buy one get one free, or buy one get one half off, which makes it an incredible deal. Although, the regular price makes it ten bucks for a month's worth, which is a great price, especially with the convenience of a single capsule.I honestly have no complaints about this multi. I can take it with or without food, and don't have a problem with nausea. Of course, per usual, the excess riboflavin/B will turn your pee neon yellow shortly after taking it, but that's to be expected. The single capsule dosage is awesome, and easy to take. I like the capsule form, because I find tablets taste and smell terribly. This does not taste or smell like anything, and goes down easily.

It has given me more energy

This is an over priced product that does not work, I can get a better product and three times as much at walmar forthe same amount of money.

I'm a 33 year old mother of 3 who needs her energy! This vitamin gets me through the day, I take it with breakfast every day. I like the fact that it has co-q 10 and iron in it also. I highly recommend this product if you need more energy!

Too expensive, can get 60 for around $ 19.99

My husband has Parkinson's Disease (PD) and Vitacost Synergy multi-vitamin was recommended by his neurologist, by name. Delivery of the vitamins was on time and safely delivered. Vitacost Synergy multi-vitamins are not a prescription drug per se but help the PD medications to do their job.

This is an over priced product that gave me horrible heartburn! Don’t waste your money! Horrible product!
