Great quality supplements
Excellent supplement! I’m a fan of this brand and of this specific supplement as well. Gives me good energy without being jittery. It’s never bothered my stomach but I typically take it with food or I empty the capsule into my protein shake.

Helps boost blood levels for T-Cell LGL Leukemia
I began using this extract several years ago after carefully weighing my options, It seemed the best choice and I like that it has no or extremely little caffeine. Most importantly for me is that if I take three capsules a day--at least two--it is helping to boost my blood levels. I was diagnosed in 2010 with T-Cell LGL leukemia. At that time, it was determined that my blood levels and other symptoms were not yet bad enough to treat but my hematologist fully expected I would soon require treatment. I did a lot of online research and read about a clinical trial being done by the Mayo Clinic for patients with CLL leukemia using green tea extract, and that many of the patients were responding well. I didn't know how to mimic that extract so drank copious quantities of carefully brewed green tea. This helped with my blood levels to the point where the hematologist was very surprised that not only did I not decline, but I even improved. But brewing and drinking that much tea got to me after five years and I switched to this extract. It has done very well for me overall if taken regularly, but I must take it with food as it can upset my stomach. My system can only handle so much. That is the one drawback. There are days I can't handle it at all and have to give my gut a rest but I also suffer from IBS, so this is potent stuff for me. If I stop taking it for too many days, the blood levels will dip. I never take more than three a day within an hour of a meal.

eye care
According to a recent paper, this product is supposedly good for lowering intraocular pressure, and the antioxidants also protect the eyes. After reading the paper, I ordered this same product and have been taking it. Whether it's because of that or some other reason, my eye pressure seems to be well-regulated. Of course, this might just be the case for me personally

Possibly great. I would not take this with anything else that thins blood.
(This is not being offered as medical advice but only experience. The type of disease was withheld to additionally make it difficult to interpret this as medical advice.) I took this when I had a significant medical issue although my doctor semi-recommended against it, I monitored intake of anything that contained sugar (excluding anything with a high glycemic index), took 1 baby aspirin/day as often as I felt comfortable with doing so, ate some foods that had blood thinning qualities like cabbage, light amounts vitamin D3, kept my caloric input steady throughout the day and tried to have a very very *slow* weight loss through the several weeks of treatment which occurred every weekday for several weeks. I also exercise before and after eating to ensure the lowest peak blood sugar level. That was two years ago and I am still free of my (male only) disease. On a significant negative side, the whites of my eyes began turning yellow one day - which I interpreted as liver stress/failure. Since I was taking this along with mild doses of aspirin and eating cabbage, garlic extract, Resveratrol, vitamin C, vitamin D3, very small mounts of vitamin B complex, iron.... After dropping all of these "drugs" for a couple of days, I returned to taking them but I cut out taking the Resveratrol/aspirin/ EGCg on the same day and alternated. Although I have no evidence/proof that what I did made me free of the disease, and there appeared to be some potential/real toxicity/risk to taking a variety of these "drugs", I am glad I did. And I am even more glad that I was quick to recognize a possible symptom of something that might have made the situation much worse. There may have been other "unseen" toxic symptoms that were not noticed due to daily treatments wearing me down. I may have been lucky. Again, this is not being offered as medical advice but only reporting experience. The type of disease was withheld to additionally make it difficult to interpret this as medical advice for a disease/condition. For medical advice, see your doctor.

Very Potent
400mg was too strong for me. Although it helped very well as an antihistamine, I was extremely dizzy and woozy after taking one capsule. I solved this issue by disovling the contents of the capsule in warm water and use 2 tablespoons at a time in a cup. I refrigerate the rest in a glass jar until I need a another dose. Three times a day worked for me.
