Uhhhhhg.
I wasn’t happy with how the company printed the ingredients and contacted them. They were actually super helpful and explained everything to me, so I was very happy with that. Then I took one (changed nothing else in my daily routine which is VERY routine), and several hours later had really terrible diarrhea with cramps.Didn’t take one next day and was back to normal.I’m sure this is a great product for those that can tolerate it, but it’s not for me. Going back to my mild garlic supplement.
