It's a struggle to eat this stuff. I don't want it, don't like it and miss my soy, egg and even veggie based protein powders. Smoothies are loose, runny and tasteless and mixing in tons of fruit to compensate defeats the purpose. Works ok but because I don't like the smell or taste I am not the best judge of its efficacy as I am not using it as instructed.

I like the taste compared to many others I have used. I have reordered twice. i wouldnt say the claims of fat or inch loss hold up but it has lots of good stuff in it.

Not sure if it's helping the weight-lost battle, but it sure does taste good! I mix it with frozen strawberries, fresh bananas and OJ. Yum!
