Wallaroo Hat Company– Women’s Gabi Fedora – UPF 50+ UV Sun Protection, Ponytail Sun Hat, Packable, Adjustable, Medium Size

I wear my hair in a pony tail or bun all the time and could not find a hat that would work so I could still wear my hair up while wearing a hat. I found this one while on a trip to Seaside FL and absolutely loved it but they wanted $18 more than listed on amazon so I decided I would order it instead. I’m SO glad I bought this hat! Totally in love with how lightweight it is, adjust so I can wear my hair up, I don’t need to lower my pony tail I can still wear it high, and another plus is the rim of the hat doesn’t stick out like sun hats where you are staring at the rim of your hat.I chose the white and black since I think it will go with everything. It folds up nice so you can store it away while trailing and it seems like it will spot clean well too. Truly excited to wear this all summer long and no longer worried about my forehead getting burnt.

The hat is a quality product from Wallaroo and I loved the fact it was packable. There is one major drawback in that it does not have an adjustable drawstring component on the inside to make the fit better. I even adjusted the Velcro back where your ponytail goes through to try for a tighter fit and it still was too big. Literally, if the ponytail wasn’t pulled through the back, the hat would spin around on my head. For this reason, I sent it back. One gust of wind would have had the hat off my head. Unfortunately, I sent it back.

Love, love, love this hat because of the ponytail hole feature, that’s literally the only reason I bought it, but I only gave it 4 stars because it’s very large for a woman’s hat. I had to add velcro to the back just to be able to get the hat tight enough. Seems odd for such a good quality hat but luckily I figured out a solutions even if it was a little frustrating.

This is my second hat I purchased from Wallaroo in less than a month. I'm not normally a hat person but a medical condition requires me a wear one. Wallaroo has the sun protection I need and the style and quality I desire. This style is perfect for a round face. The opening is perfect for my ponytail so I can wear my hair up or down with this one! It's so lightweight that you almost forget you have it on.

This hat is so cute and perfect sun protection. I have another wallaroo hat that I love but this one I can pull my ponytail through the back!!! After 14 basal cell carcinomas I take my sun protection seriously. This is a very cute part of the arsenal!

Love this hat for the beach and the pool! I (sadly) have a really large head and most hats don’t fit. Since this is adjustable, it’s perfect! Yay!
