Amazon came through when the local store didn't
A local always has had this perm, which I really have liked; but it wasn't there on two trips. I searched it on Amazon and was able to get a couple. My stylist said they can be on the shelf for up to four years so getting more than one was a good idea; however, according to my old stylist, some sedation I had for a medical procedure kept the perm from taking as well as it always had. I used the second one after a while and it still didn't hold the curl while my hair was growing longer. I've let my hair grow for a while now and probably won't be doing another perm unless I decide to get it cut.

It worked but seem not real fresh
The perm seemed a little old. I couldn't find an expiration date, but it just didn't seem fresh. It did work on my hair fine.

Works...but stripped the color out of my hair
I am probably just an idiot for not using the one for color treated hair, but this stripped TONS of the color out of my hair. It went from medium red to blonde as I was going. It worked well, and will be better with even more practice wrapping the rollers. Good product, and I'm sure it works better on hair that hasn't been dyed.
