The wood arrived in 2 neat stacks packed in cellophane, I'm very pleased with the quality and the smooth surface that should work out fine for my purposes.

I was very creative with those wooden pieces and we painted them with chalkboard paint and made table number settings for our wedding! They were great! Great price and durable and they came in bundles so you can buy a lot to a package so you can make a lot! Save money!

I recently got a laser engraver and wanted some wood to use with it. 3mm Basswood was the way to go, so I grabbed this bunch of 50 6x6 squares hoping it would last me for a while. First off these are pretty spot on size-wise. I'm more of a metric person, and I measured a few of these out at 151mm x 151mm- for those keeping score that's a tad under 6 inches x 6 inches, but close enough for my purposes. Thickness-wise, they appear to be about 3mm, so again slightly under 1/8 of an inch. The wood came packaged in a plastic bag so I was a little concerned that the outer pieces might be damaged, but all was good. Inside the outer shipping bag they were all in a clear bag in two stacks of 25. I keep the wood in this bag (sort of seal it back up) to keep the moisture away- so far so good. Function-wise I have no complaints- they work fine on my laser engraver and have met all my needs. All in all these were a good buy and when I run out I'll pick these up again.

These worked for the most part but several became warped after applying 1 coat of paint - the top layer became bumpy and started to peel off. Luckily I ordered plenty of extras!

Wish I could find this stuff in 4x8 sheets locally.

These are perfect for the 50 Little Paintings books. I can’t recommend them enough.

The wood squares are perfect. The quality is exactly what I wanted. I can make a lot of decor with the amount of squares you get for the cost.

Wood warps easy. Not good for laser cutting.
