This ear hugger is so cute! I will update this review in a few weeks to see how they wear long term. I like jewelry I leave on to sleep and shower, so hopefully these hold up. So far they fit well, comfortable, are as described, good quality and they snap closed so I’m confident they aren’t going anywhere. To be continued....Update: I have worn these ear huggers non stop day and night for a month now. I love them! They are comfortable to sleep in, never fall out, and have not tarnished. I’m impressed! They are small enough to be worn every day and are more unique than most earrings. Worth the buy!

I’ve been wearing them for about 2 months now on a daily basis and never took them out. No discoloration! I bought two and both are fine now but one of them had some minor issues due to the bulkiness/weight at first. They do jingle though, so if you’re working out without headphones you’ll hear them!UPDATE:Been wearing them daily (showering, working out etc. on all day every day) since I got them which was May 2020. They’ve just now started losing the gold plating and irritating my ears so I’m getting a new pair. When the gold plating is intact I’ve had no issues. For $12 I think a year + of every day use is not bad at all!

Got these during a lightning deal -- after having it on my cart for some time. The earrings are a very rich golden color. I know there are other earrings of the exact same design in the amazon market but at different price points -- and it is probably because this one supposedly is coated in 18K and twice dipped as opposed to the others which might be 14K. They are dainty (see pics for scale to a dime) and in the exact style I like -- fun and a bit edgy but somehow with a bit of classic-ness to it. I know they will stand out nicely with fall and winter outfits. The earrings are nicely boxed and ready for gifting. See pics. The box was also in a white hard paper sleeve. The earrings are nicely hinged -- did not feel loose but snap nicely when I closed them. I did not get the complimentary little heart-faceted thingy other reviewers had wrote about, but I guess it was bec I got a lightning deal. If you're wanting to treat yourself or thinking of gifting for the holidays -- these will make nice gifts.

I wear my jewelry all the time (while sleeping, swimming, showering, etc.) I assumed these would tarnish fairly quickly but figured that for the price they were worth a try. I have worn them nonstop for the past month and they look like the day I got them in the mail! I get a lot of compliments on them - my friend said they were 'GORGINA' (his fabulous version of 'gorgeous') which is basically the best compliment you can get :-)Also, I love the hint of movement with the part that dangles in the middle. There is a very expensive jewelry designer (Maria Tash, if I can say that!) that likes to incorporate slight movement into her designs and now I see why.

I love them. I had no problems opening them and locking closed. Not quite sure why it is so difficult for some. They are a good weight. Don't feel so light that you worry about the quality, not so heavy they hurt. I love any earring I can comfortably wear 24/7 without irritating my ears or giving me a headache. Also i am on the phone at work a TON, and they don't get irritated or hurt while I'm on the phone. Been wearing these for a few weeks now without removal and I love them. I've slept in them, worn them in the shower and haven't seen any irritation, discoloration, etc. I'm really impressed actually. Incredibly happy with this purchase

I bought these in both the white gold and yellow gold. They are small but they are adorable! The part that latches has to be adjusted a little sometimes as it doesn't always snap in tightly. But I am more than happy with these! They are unique and look really nice. I hope they last a long time! It does say they are gold plated but I found on the product information, it says they are gold-filled which is two totally different things. Gold-filled is actually when the gold is bonded to the base metal and they last much longer than gold plated items. I so hope these are truly gold fill!!! They are just so cute!

These are perfect everyday earrings. The gold is rich and almost matte, with the dangle giving a bit of bling. These little hoops snap securely shut and the size almost-but-not-quite hugs the earlobe so they aren't in the way of mask straps and don't bother the ear when sleeping. The finish is holding up well and they are so comfortable and light you don't know they are there. Dressy enough for work, cute enough for casual, secure enough for sports, unobtrusive enough for sleeping, and pretty enough to gift, and inexpensive enough to treat yourself. Perfect.
