I got this gift and doing set-up process and it would connect to the Wi-Fi but would never give me an access code or QR code to complete setup. I have tried to do a factory reset but still wouldn’t work. I have used the app to see if that was the problem and it wouldn’t work.

Once I downloaded the recommended app (which was free) & created the account to go with it. The app makes it very easy to put pictures on and also gives many options to edit pictures or share with your friends/family if they have the same brand/type of digital photo frame. If they don't you could share the app and your photo frames info to it and they'll be able to upload pictures to your frame instantly!! Pictures quality is good and clear as long as thr pictures your adding are clear and not blurry than they'll show up thr same way on the frame.

My family wanted to give my 96 year old mother a Digital picture frame for her birthday. I was tasked to get one. I never realized how many of these frames were out there. After looking at reviews on Amazon, I ended up choosing this one mainly because it came with 32Gigs on board. Well that was only one reason. After using it for a couple of days I now have more reasons. The frame came in a solid premium looking cardboard box, the kind that an Ipad would comes in. Inside was a really nice looking digital frame, the kind that you would want to put a family picture in. The day that I received the Digital Frame I received an email from the supplier thanking me for the purchase and to contact them if I had any questions. I did have some questions and they responded promptly. 5 star for their support. Getting the Digital Frame and connecting my Wifi and Iphone to it was super easy. My wife has already sent 100 pictures from her Iphone to it and they look very nice. There is a feature to enlarge the picture to full frame but I don't recommend it as it cuts off the top of pictures. Other features like setting a sleep feature where it will turn off and on daily is available. You can easily add other phones to the Frame. It will display the weather when 1st turned on. All and all I am very happy with this Digital Frame. Can't wait to give this present to our mother.

This was THE gift for our family one Christmas. Each grandparent and great-grandparent received one so the family could send photos instead of bogging down the grandparents phone memory space with pictures all the time. It was so easy to set up and easy for other family members to be added to be able to send pictures as well. 10/10 would recommend!

This was purchased as a gift and has been so well enjoy so far! I absolutely love how multiple people can connect and share photos no matter where you are. The app has been very easy to use to upload photos and gives a notification when new photos are uploaded. I would buy this again and need to buy one for some many people in my life as it really is the perfect gift!

The app is terrible, but the device itself is great. After you put in your initial pictures, there is no way to use the app to download more. It’s easy enough to use the email function to add them; I can send 6-8 at a time and they load perfectly. But what’s the point of the app? I love that it’s motion activated, and turns itself on when you enter the room. Overall, good quality pictures, but the app is puzzling.
