I purchased the 7-pack of seasoning blends. If I could send them back I would. Almost all of them had the same type of spices in them, just in varying amounts. I think every one of them had paprika in it for some reason; I don't want paprika in everything I eat. I wish I had read every bottles ingredients closely before purchasing.

Overall, this looked like a really good selection, and I would give it five stars, but there were several problems. First, the page here does not list ingredients. If I had been able to read the ingredients, I would not have bought this assortment. Two of the spice blends contain onions. I am allergic to onions. The result is that I may not be able to use half of what I paid for. Onions are a COMMON problem with older folks, because our digestion is not as good as it used to be, and even young people in our family cannot tolerate onions. If they really want to include this particular flavor, they should use shallots. They taste almost the same, and most people can tolerate them. So my disappointment that I cannot use half of what I paid for knocks a star off my rating. That said, these blends are in every other way excellent: no unwanted ingredients, healthy, high quality. And I tried the fish blend, and it adds a nice flavor. But the seller needs to list ingredients, and the manufacturer needs to stop using onions. Even garlic is better tolerated; I don't have a problem with small quantities.

First off I cook for a living. Since I am a chef and must taste everything, certain years I must lose weight. Cut salt, carbs, and sugars. The diet I follow has to have flavor and I tried this new spice blend. The product packs a punch of flavor with NO salinity. The flavor combinations are somewhat odd but I deal with it and add some other flavors to build on what is a good recipe.

Was excited to incorporate these into my meal plans. Used the vegetable blend to enhance flavor, but was completely disappointed. Would love to return these spices, such a waste. They appear to all be the same blend???

I bought this because my husband cannot have salt, sugar, or gluten. He says this is delicious and he is a picky man. So, I tried it too and wow...he was right!. Yum!!! I highly recommend this.

I was a bit hesitant buying this product. Understanding it is salt free is what I love most. The dry herbs is what brings out the flavors in the meats and veggies I cook with. The seafood seasoning I use on my salmon comes out delicious. I even put it on my tuna fish. I cook a lot with veggies so of course I use the veggie seasoning and it comes out delicious. If you feel it comes out bland I use a bit of low sodium adobo and it comes out delicious. I will forever buy from this company.

I shipped these spices to my daughter that is in college, she absolutely loves them so now I have to order them for myself too.

no seasonings for eggs and too many meat selections. The seasonings seem to all have the same key ingredients and tasted similar.
