I love rescue remedy! I use the pastilles to help me relax and as a sleep aid every night. Black currant is my favorite flavor. My elderly mom also loves these for some much needed chill factor and her favorite is the orange and elder flower. The lemon ones are quite tart. I only wish they sold them in larger quantities, but I try to catch them on sale and stock up. The ingredients are super clean. I mean, of course, they’re made in Europe, so they don’t have all the junk that US products do. I love the handy and environmentally conscious tin design, which also has many uses after you’ve finished the tasty pastilles. The tin size can also fit in your pocket, for on the go calmness- traveling long flights, etc.. Depending on their freshness, the pastilles can be a bit harder if older or left exposed to air, and if they are very fresh, they more tender. If you try to chew on them instead of sucking on them, they will get stuck in your teeth, so you’ve been warned. But sometimes I can’t help myself because they’re quite tasty. :) Highly recommend these for a natural sleep aid that is also beneficial for nervous system support. While I wouldn’t consider this an inexpensive item, I do think that they are a good value, because the ingredients are quality and they really work. I have been using these for a long time and they continue to work, night after night.

You can literally take these like candy. I use them almost constantly like a mint I'm times of high stress. I believe the do help and they are perfectly safe. They also taste wonderful, not to sweet or overpowering.

Placebo or not, these Bach Rescue Pastilles do the trick for me. Whether I’m *actually* less stressed or just convinced I am, it doesn’t matter—I like them. The black currant flavor is nice, though they’re a bit on the chewy side.One important thing to note: these contain xylitol so keep them far away from your furry friends. They’re not the pet-safe version!Overall, they’re a handy little stress-buster to keep in my bag for those “I need to chill” moments.

I boughts these after trying the orange ones, since I liked the taste of those.Why the 3 stars? While they definitely have the chill-out effect (be careful how many you take!), I could not do the taste. The taste reminded me of the smell of kitty litter and how it would taste, even though I've never eaten nor plan to eat kitty litter :-P Notably, unlike the orange ones, these blackberry currents have cabbage as one of their ingredients. I'm not sure why cabbage was added was added to something fruity, but I don't plan to buy these again. I'm sticking with the orange ones!

Pros: Exotic has a very calming waxy taste because of the Arabic gum which will also cure tummy aches. Black currant has been outlawed but slowly coming back.Cons: Slightly expensive takes awhile to get it I feel like just ordering it makes me a snob. I guarantee you if it was not for Amazon a poor guy like me would not ever buy this. I am American dangit we have Rainbow Sherbet Icecream and Apple Pie.Other Thoughts;After having a British lady friend/sister let me taste black currant halls I was hooked. Also read a very lengthy article about how this was an invasive species and how it killed pine trees with a fungus so it has been banned for over a hundred of years in the US. Black Currant over there is like Cherry flavor here it is very common.

These pastilles absolutely work. They take the jittery nervous edge off enough to relax you and let you go on about your day. This is the 2nd tin of these that I have purchased. Appreciate something that isn't made by big pharma and yet still works. You won't walk around like a doped up zombie I promise.
