Oh my goodness, the shipping of these items to me just about changed my mind, but the set was unique enough and perfect for my vision of the bathroom I'm redecorating that I persevered. Twice I ordered this set and TWICE something was broken - not even the same item. At that point I was kicking myself for not just ordering the single item to replace the broken one, but I wised up by the third order, and finally I had a full, unbroken set. It's heavy and sturdy for bathroom use, and I love the look... just never ship it anywhere.Oh and I will say this about the lotion dispenser: it sure doesn't look like it can hold much at a time. That isn't something that will be a problem for me in the least, but it's worth mentioning to other people thinking of purchasing the set.

I ordered this for my guest bathroom and while it was really nice looking, the rugs were not your standard sizes. The rug that goes around the base of the toilet is too small so it doesn’t lay flat. I wanted a clean and sleek look for my bathroom, so I have to return.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a bathroom soap holder where the thicker soap would not get stuck this was great since it had a bigger nozzle it's heavy sturdy nice gray color great quality pushes down perfect has a bigger stem that will work and not bend or get damaged I would definitely recommend this easy to clean really nice product good size

This is a cheap product that should not be priced at anywhere near $50!I've been using this bathroom accessory set for only 10 days and have noticed that the PAINT (why is this painted) on the soap-dish has bubbled-up and began sticking and tearing off on the bar of soap! (picture included)Why would a manufacturer use a paint that susceptible to water damage on their soap dish!? Absolutely ridiculous, save your money, buy somewhere else!

Tumbler's bamboo base had already come off when I took it out of the box and within a few days, it had mold. Soap holder's bamboo base came off 2 weeks later. Soap dispenser had green marks under the metal top, the kind that result from cheap metal. Very poor quality overall.

When I revived the set, two items came cracked/broken. Wanted to get the items replaced and was told that wasn’t possible and could only return it without receiving any new product. Very disappointed.

Ya compré 2 veces el sostenedor de cepillo de dientes y he tenido que tramitar la devolución por que me envían el plato para jabón. No entiendo por que llega un artículo distinto. ¿Cómo puedo hacer para comprar el sostenedor de cepillo de dientes de manera correcta? Por que al parecer lo tienen mal catalogado. En mi primera compra también pedí el soap dispenser y ese llegó bien, pero tengo mi set incompleto.
