Paradise HerbsSt. John's Wort, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I have been on and off of antidepressants for a few years, and got tired of the side effects, and searched for something natural. This works pretty well...honestly I still have to take 1 or 2 antidepressants a week. I also have fibromyalgia, and depression goes along with that...so it might work better for others. But I was happy to find something natural that worked as well as this does, I do not have the side effects with only taking the script 1 or 2 days a week.

I have used this for depression at several times in my life, and this brand exactly has helped me before. However, this batch didn't work as well. The color and appearance was off too, the St Johns Wart extract was almost blackish and only took up ~50% of the capsule. Likely it was stored at high temperatures and is not as active. I bought a different brand from my local pharmacy and that did the trick. Anything like this from Amazon is a risk b/c they supposedly don't use a/c in their storage facilities, which is also bad for the workers.

I could be allergic to this but after taking these pills for three days, my chest started hurting and the pain lasted for a week. That has never happened before so I am sure it was this supplement. My advice is to only start with one pill a day and build up to it.
