The smell is not inviting but the result, if you have oily skin like myself is really good! Works very well on oily skin within one use. I've been using this on and off for a few months and can say, once you get used to the smell, it performs very well and manages oily skin fantastically. Finally feel somewhat normal, and inpictures I don't have an extremely shiny T zone lately !!!

One of my teens is plagued by acne and asks that we never run out of Thylox. He uses a prescription cream, but finds Thylox to be a very helpful adjunct. I have been using this soap for over a decade. I started using it in my 30's when my acne returned after years of not having a flare-up. This soap helped the acne to calm down and eventually it resolved. I continue to use it to control my oily skin.

If you're struggling with bumps on your forehead and around your eyebrows THIS PRODUCT IS A LIFESAVER! I literally struggled for over a decade. It was killing my self esteem. Love this SOAP, been using it for over 3 years, and it's the only face wash that will not break me out, and has natural antibacterial properties. Add this with good ol' coconut oil as a moisturizer and your golden.

This soap transformed my skin. Really helped my adult acne.
