My sister directed me to Bacopa powder and I was impressed with the results. (If I remember Correctly.)Ashwagandha might help calm the brain, reduce swelling and lower blood pressure.Ginseng has been around for centuries and has many potential benefits for many aliments.Saw Palmetto for the aging dude related issues like "Hair Loss".Shilajit is a pretty interesting stuff and might help in quite a few different areas.I consume this combination for the effect that it has on my cognitive abilities. I used to have "Vapor Lock" when trying to remember things. Not so much now.The other benefits of the substances are secondary and beneficial. I am happy with the results that I have seen after taking this product for the past three months. So much so is that I have it on a subscription.

I definitely feel a difference since taking this! I think more clearly and feel like I am handling stress better and am happier. I didn’t do 5 stars yet because I wanted to be sure that I was feeling the actual supplement and not just a pseudo feeling, either way I like it and feel better. I’ll continue to use it and have had no negative side effects at all. I’ve been using it for a month now.

Bacopa is brain food. Excellent supplement, especially as one ages in this world of contamination and corruption.Measured the actual mass of these capsules by two different methods, mechanical scale and electronic scale and found them to be 375 mg, not 5000 as advertised, but it's no matter to the value of the product or quality, it's still excellent. I had to wonder how the 0000 capsule size could possibly be 5 g. It isn't.Thank you for an excellent product.

I really like that it is made with all natural ingredients. I plan to take Bacopa capsule in combination with Quercetin (red label of the same brand) ones. I will keep you informed!

Just the right mix to add to my daytime supplement regime as bedtime dose on empty stomach with glass of warm water to aid absorption.
