I took one pill the night I got it just to get it circulating in my body. I took another pill the very next morning w/ warm water, on an empty stomach according to the directions. Honestly, I noticed an IMMEDIATE response to it, I slept like a baby the first 2 nights I’ve taken it. My internal response to stress and anxiety has lessened A LOT! No joke! Just leaving my house for work gives me a TON of anxiety and I noticed I felt way more calm and peaceful internally. It’s like it took the edge off, I was truly surprised by how well it worked so soon!However, I started doing a bit of research and the dosage of the amount of Holy Basil in this product did worry me a bit, bc it’s WELL advertised as being “equivalent to 5000mg” and I was concerned for too good of a good thing becoming a bad thing. I looked at the bottle again and in the ingredients it says 400mg of HolyBasil. Idk what that’s all about, but I might try and just take it only 1-2x/wk so I can work out the kinks as to how it will work for me. Overall I’m impressed!

I don't have a concern about the production of this product. It appears pure and genuine. I bought three bottles. However myself and other family members report not even a hint of benefit. It does no harm that we can tell either. That's our honest experience. Others may have different results.

The 90 capsules last me 45 days and for that, it's a good value for me. I am not sure if they actually do something for me or if it's a placebo effect but I do feel better equipped for stressful situations when I take holy basil. I have used this brand for a while now and also have tried others and as long as the dosage is high enough I do feel a difference. I recommend trying these if you want to try Holy Basil.

I loved this product! I'd take it for the rest of my life. It has made my body feel full of vigor and like a million bucks. Definitely a perfect super vitamin worth taking.
