Iron Filings for Loadstones
Product as described and fast shipping! I bought these filings to be used on loadstones. I wanted the filings instead of powder so the spikes will be visible and possibly buildable.

These are the iron filings I have been looking for.
I've been doing a project involving electromagnets and visualizing magnetic fields. Fine iron filings weren't doing it. These are big fat filings, so you can really see them stand on end in a strong magnetic field. Fine filings are fine for small fields in 2D, but if you want 3D effects and powerful fields, these filings are the way to go.
