Croatia Map (National Geographic Adventure Map, 3324)

Big, Detailed
The map is excellent--has all the info you would like except detailed maps of key cities. It is strong, water resistant (water proof? I didn't test it). Perfect for trip planning but a bit big for navigating in a car.

Crucial Maps to own
I try and only purchase National Geographic maps. Quality of material is unmatched for traveling. The accuracy of the map is very important and NG does a great job of keeping information current.

Great map, especially for such a small country
Great map, especially for such a small country. We used it as our primary map while travelling for a few days. It lost a star because it was not current. For 95% of what we needed it was awesome, but there were a few roads that has been renamed and a few new tunnels built that were not reflected.I was tempted to take another star because of wasted space. There are random pictures used to fill dead space and too much of Bosnia is covered.... Space that could have been used to detail cities and towns, national parks, or trails. We hit up a few notable places including Pula, Rijeka, and Dubrovnik, for which the map was not helpful. We did not expect it to cover those places, but it certainly could have been better. We used the free app Maps.me to download offline maps (which was awesome in Europe) which helped us with GPS and general navigation through spots that the NatGeo map was not detailed enough in.If they updated the map I would certainly buy it again.

Quality, but NO detail
This map is attractive and it's good quality. If you just want to use it to travel between cities, it will be fine. However, it does not have any inserts with detail! Yes, it will help you get from Split to Dubrovnik, sort of. But once you are there, it provides no detail whatsoever. Maybe I should have researched more carefully before buying, but that was disappointing. We glanced at in a couple of times, but a few of the towns that we visited were not even on it. You can use google maps and save them so that they are available offline, or even make screen shots.
