Coats & Clark Inc. Dual Duty XP Heavy 125yds Forest Green

I’ve yet to receive a spool of thread from Amazon that will work in my sewing machine. The ‘coats’ spools are okay for hand sewing but don’t even try in a sewing machine. The green spool was too heavy, even tho it said all purpose. Will not buy thread again from Amazon. I get Coats & Clark at Walmart. It works better and costs less.

Love this thread, it's very strong. Used it to sew my Carhat coat, shortened the sleeves. Fixed my Jeans and used it to make a canvas shroud for my welding helmet. Never thought I would be using a sewing machine, great skill to learn. Welding for cloth ;)

Great quality, rich color as pictured, arrived promptly. Very pleased with purchase and would buy product and from vendor again. Used to repair a letter on a high school letter jacket and the thread not only blended in perfectly but performed well on the heavy jacket fabric.

I bought this thread to tie up my strings of bubble lights to my Christmas tree. There's no way just clipping bubble lights to a tree branch is going to allow them to stay upright, so I tie the bubble tubes to a branch above or behind them. This thread works well and the color (Dark green) allows it to fade into the background.

I got this to fix a bag I really enjoy and so far, it seems to be holding up. It's been a few months and I haven't needed to rest itch anything.

This thread is amazing! Spot on when it comes to the color...it is the same color in person as in the picture.
