Seems like nails are tougher and my hair is growing a little faster! Yay! This is a 5 week grow out from my last root job. I started the pills 2 1/2 weeks ago and noticed a big change just in that time frame!2nd photo 2 weeks later. Finished bottle. These nails won't break! :DI notice no nasty taste or smell. But I could imagine if the bottles are sitting in certain temps or humidity it might cause a lil breakdown and scent/flavor. Just as with any vitamins. I used to take ALIVE vitamins and they smelled and tasted horrible but hey, down the hatchet.3rd photo was 4 weeks after going platinum. I was much less consistent with taking the vitamins due to allergies throwing my immune system off so I was taking other vitamins. But I still feel this was pretty good growth for 4 weeks. Nails still strong, not as thick as when I was taking the pills everyday. Though I do feel you can get away with one pill a day at times. But they are not breaking!

I've decided back in May to stop dying my hair and go natural. I purchased this product and started taking it to see if it would increase the growth or have any impacton the color.What I noticed: a). My hair grow faster and although I thought I had lots of Grey I don't. Is it this product that keeps my hair from turning gray or is it naturally not as grey as I thought? I don't know.B). My fingernails, no change.C). My skin is clear and softer then before.I think the reason there has been no change in my nails because I do my own housework and my hands are always in water. I also work with my hands all the time in the garden and never grow my nails long.I am especially pleased with my hair growth and think this product has a lot to do with it. I recommend it

Initially I bought Nature's Hair Skin and Nails for my hair. However the results that were obvious first were my finger nails' surface visibly looking nicer. Also, i work outside on a daily basis - summers and winters through heat and freezing temperatures always wearing hiking boots. Obviously being exposed to the climate changes has an impact on your skin but since I have taken these tablets, I noticed certain spots where my coat or equipment used to rub all of a sudden disappear. I can only imagine what it does to the inside of your body when you can see these changes to its outside! BTW: I did recommend Nature's Hair, Skin and Nails already to a client of mine who has some unfortunate issues with her skin that her physician wants to treat with harsh drugs. Have been there myself but these tablets were not on the market yet. So be a good boy / girl, take two of these per day, be a little patient and before you'll know it somebody will say "Wow, your skin looks so much better "all of a sudden"! Note: I could definitely see changes while still on my very first bottle of these!

I have never had good fingernails. They peeled and cracked all of my life, and after 68 years I finally gave up trying to grow them. Now, in the last year, my thyroid medication stopped working and I lost at least half of my hair. After trying several other supplements, I decided to give Hair, Skin & Nail Formula a try ~ and I'm glad I did! Not only has my hair been coming back, but I was astonished when my nails started growing. For the first time in my life I finally have pretty fingernails that don't peel and crack! Hair grows in at different rates, and I don't know how much of mine will eventually come back. But I very highly recommend this product based on the results I've seen in the last few months.

I've been taking these for over 3 months and they're fantastic! After searching months and months for a new hair vitamin I came across these at Walmart but when I went to order them for this month they were outta stock so I ordered from Amazon (same pricing) due to medication and being a type 1 diabetic for over 30 years my hair has suffered pretty badly but now its full,shiny, absolutely no hair shedding anymore (not even in my combs or brushes) in the past 3 months my hair hasn't grown miraculously but I'd say at least an inch and a half 2 inches.

I have been using these for a few months now and wanted to see if I noticed any changes before giving a review. But today, I got one lodged in my throat and could not get it to go down for a while. I was in pain and had trouble breathing! These pills are not coated, smell bad and taste horrible. They even leave a smell on my hands. After today's incident, I do not want to take them anymore! I hope the company will consider making them in capsule form like some of their other products!

I had been using this product for a almost three weeks now and honestly I noticed less hair shedding after shower. I got lots of compliment telling me that my hair looks beautiful, shiny and healthy. Aside from taking this awesome vitamins, I also do air dry my hair after a shower, use sulfate free shampoo, does meditation and positive affirmation everyday. I can see a lot of baby hair growing on top of my head where I had issues with hair thinning.

I chose these vitamins because they have not only basic vitamins like vitamin A, C, and E, but it also contains zinc and other supplements that support healthy growth. My thumbnails have always had ridges/dents in them for as long as I can remember, and since I've been taking supplements with zinc, my nails have started to grow straight. I have really loved these vitamins so far, and would recommend them to a friend. The flavor of them isn't great, but it's a quick easy swallow, and its well worth it for knowing that they are third party lab tested.
