Have had no side affects so fare.
As with any alternative medication it hard to be 100% sure if it’s helping or not ... after taking as recommended I have noticed an improvement in my knees and hands with regard to pain. At the time of this review I have taken one bottle and starting on my second.

Just what I needed
I am noticing a difference in movement with regard to my knee. I also don’t have as much stiffness and the pain. I feel comfortable enough to go for a swim or workout Thank you, thank you!

Knees less painful after one month
I used to feel painful in ma left knee after a soccer game but now I feel much better. Want to try this medicine one more month.

Doubtful
I tried this for several months but noticed no change in my arthritic symptoms. I might try it again if I can find any solid evidence that it actually works.
