I've used this for over 17 years. It’s not habit forming. I use several Natures Sunshine products and they are excellent. This particular product should be taken with food and water, never coffee or any caffeinated drinks nor soda. It works very well for my fibromyalgia pain and eases back pain as well.UPDATE: I’m currently unable to find this available on Amazon and I truly rely on it to ease pain from fibromyalgia. It’s also great to use if you experience a broken or fractured bone; I shared some with my daughter recently when she fractured her tibia. I use several Natures Sunshine products because they are pure, in my opinion, because I was told by a naturopathic doctor.
