Good for normal grip bicep curl, but ok-ok for close grip curl.
The media could not be loaded. Its a heavy bar but not as the shape given in the picture,..its straight at the ends. The rotating knob is not that smooth but. The outer rubber grip is really good, but the inner rubber grips are loose n rotating on the rod. Also, the inner grips are moving around rather than staying firmly. Its a 25 inches long pipe.
