Delicious pancakes
Our seventeen year old son recently began a gluten free diet to combat his frequent stomach aches. As a carb lover, this has been a hard transition for him. He loves pancakes, and we often make pancakes for breakfast on Saturday mornings. Making them from scratch takes a lot longer than a mix, and the homemade results have been pretty 'meh' to date. He tried pancakes made using this mix this morning, and he said the taste and texture were great. I love that it's quick and easy - just add water, which will make life easier for him next year when he goes to college and wants pancakes. Unfortunately, like many gluten free products, this is a pretty expensive mix and there's not much of it! He'll probably only get two breakfasts out of the package. He said they were delicious, though, which is high praise from his picky palate.

Too Bad the Price Keeps Going Up. Delicious and Easy to Use
I love this mix. Up until I tried this, I had always been "Oh --- I NEVER use a mix. I make my pancakes/waffles from scratch." But I had to go gluten-free, so I thought I'd give this a try.Simple Mills makes great products. This mix is super simple, easy to mix together. I don't use water, however, and substitute with organic oat milk. I recommend that you use organic, free-range eggs as well.Enjoy.

Delish!
I love this mix! Just like other pancake mixes...add water and cook. You can spice it up and add vanilla or almond extract. Great with blueberries...sugar free maple syrup...add nuts. Versatile and one pack goes along way. Will buy more and try their other products. Thank you amazon for the variety of healthy, sugar free, low carb alternatives that are delicious, too!

Great taste
Too expensive for 10 oz.

Delicious but too expensive
Product itself is delicious, perfectly barely sweet and I could use it to bake one individual muffin at a time, but the price is just too expensive. I decided to make my own dry mix using almond flour and cassava flour + salt, sweetener and baking powder. When cooking I add eggs, vanilla and liquid of choice. Works too!

Too thin when you follow the directions for measuring. But taste good
So you should add the correct floor measurements but less water. You should let the batter be thick because it's not the easiest to flip and it burns cooking through the process. Suggest cooking on low to medium low flame. Doesn't set too well. Mash the banana first before adding in the flour to mix to form the batter then as it turns liquid add the flour in gradually while mashing the bananas if the batter is still too dry add the water table spoon at a time until right consistency. It's better to cook a thicker batter mix than the thin mix as it takes a long time too cook. Kind of expensive better than the Hawaiian one from.costco that has the tiger nut flour in the ingredients and not as porous as Bob Red Mills after cooking. This was the best tasting yet jost dont add too much water to the batter it burns easily and hard to set and flip hence make the batter thicker and get the spatula under after 3 minutes so it doesn't burn.

Perfect for the way I do meals!
I'm not that crazy about cooking so I like everything to be fast & easy & not have ten ingredients & this product is excellent on all points. It makes delicious waffles in my new mini-waffle maker. It's a super simple mix to do.

If only it came in bulk packages...
I seriously adore this pancake/waffle mix. It's got a faint nutty flavor from the almond flour, but other than that it is amazingly similar to regular pancake mix. My only regret is how small the package size is. Back before I got sick we would buy pancake mix in 10 lb bags... well, we still do, for my husband and kids. Because one of these packages would make just one meal for the six of us.
