Material is very delicate, was expecting something stronger.

Size down. I have a 13" circumference head and it was too big. I needed to add a folded sock at the chin for proper compression. Also the strap that goes down the back requires people with long hair to put our hair to the side. I find that the back is up more than the front and I received the one with the longer neck but definitely wasn't as long as pictured..... With all that it was the most comfortable one I tried and not having tour ears covered is great.

I know one of the other reviews said that. I listened to that review and now I am returning the one I received for smaller one. Whoever wrote that must not realize how large their head is! Other than that the product seems fine. It feels soft and looks like good quality but I haven’t actually gotten to use it since I’m waiting on a smaller one now.

I lost 60# after radiation, weighing in now at 215#. However lymphedema landed under my chin, leaving a giant, softball sized lump. I use this item when I'm home, and my swelling has really gone down. I actually had to my a size smaller, since my swelling had gone down.
