I ordered 10 white roses on the 29th January from you associated web site Fleurdeluxe. They were delivered at 15.30 on the 30th January looking ok.By the follow morning having clipped their stems and watered and keeping them cool overnight on a window sill I was aghast to find them withering and dropping their petals and looking piyyful

The FRESH!! Flowers were sent as a pick you up gift.They were meant to be white, they look peach, with browning petals, probably a week or more old already, they are almost dead, how they had the cheek to send these out is beyond me, it is a disgrace.I couldn't submit this without leaving a star rating unfortunately I couldn't send no star.Will not be using again and would advise the same.

Ordered these white roses for my wife’s birthday. Thank goodness she has a great sense of humour because she thought it was a joke, hands down the worst flowers I’ve ever bought her, coupled with them arriving late and still no refund from Amazon after a month I’m wondering if I’ll buy anything from Amazon again…..not happy!!!

Prompt delivery- flowers were a gift , so I didn’t actually get to see them, think receipient was pleased with them- update, reciepient next day, said flowers looked great & smelt wonderful

The flower only lasted 3 days. They were very dry and arrived half dead. I contacted supplier who were excellent and sent another bunch but again these were no better. I have given glowing reviews previously as always bought as presents and they have lasted well over 10 days. Not sure if they had a bad crop on this occasion. I paid extra to so my daughter received them for her birthday.
