They work and are easy and cheap
I used these to install around my rented house to prove the tenant was falsely alleging damp. There was no damp. Accurate as i tested them, only 2% difference

Small and effective
So they do exactly what they say on the tin. They are quick to adjust to any variations in temperature or humidity and were working as soon as I took them out of the box. They are small enough to be placed out of direct eye line as they are not the most esthetically pleasing items, but they are most definitely function over form which is great for the price.

Which reading to trust?
Temperature is close to what it really is, but can't say the same for RH. It's cheap, but if it's not accurate enough, it's still a waste of money.Update: I recently bought two dehimidifiers. Their readings appear to agree more with the EEEKit than with my old temperature/humidity monitor (the blue one in the picture) which I've used and trusted for many years and only just realised that its reading is lower by a whole 10 percentage points! I'm retracting my earlier comment about the EEEKit and changing my rating from 2 to 5.

Accurate portable moisture detectors
These are great, they tell you the temperature and air moisture levels in, say, cupboards, small rooms, big rooms, corners, window sills, fridge even. They're light, easy to put about the place and they work.We discovered a corner where mold sometimes grows in a corner of a small toilet room was over 80% while the rest of the room was between 50-60%. Rest of the house is between 45 and 50, so it really helped to target that part with an excellent dehumidifier (Meaco ABC) and bring down the moisture in the kitchen as well (you can see it increase with cooking, boiling the kettle etc).If you want to spot areas where damp conditions might set in in winter, or in your car/shed/garage/cupboards/loft or wherever, these will do it really well and really quickly.Only a max 1% difference in the readings between them if you put them all next to each other, so I would say they are well calibrated, well enough if you're OK with that I mean. Very handy, arrived quickly, well packaged.

Simpy inaccurate
What is the one thing that a hydrometer needs to be? CorrectRemove this one requiremebt and you have a useless productI bought a pack of 8 of these, put them side by side and after 30 mins there was a differencr of around 15% across the board and around 2c difference in temperature. Now you can say, well its because they were close to each other. So I tried then separate, same issueI found that 4/8 were fairly close to what my other meters say, the rest were just plain wrong, and wrong to the point where I could think actually the humidity is fine. So, as the saying goes as useful as a chocolate teapot and as effective as a spoon with a hole in it.I will be returning these

Great for what i need but not sure on accuracy
These aren't bad at all for the price, but there are a few things to keep in mind. They come with the batteries already installed and switched on, which isn’t ideal if you're not planning to use them all straight away. I’d recommend popping the batteries out of the ones you’re not using to avoid draining them unnecessarily. In terms of accuracy, they consistently read about 1°C higher than my other thermometers. Not a huge deal for me, but worth noting if you need really precise readings. I also tested the included cooking thermometer in boiling water and it topped out at 99.4°C, which is a bit shy of the expected 100°C.I did a bit of experimenting to compare it with my other thermometers, one photo has the cooking thermometer taped down and the other has it floating slightly in the air. When taped down, the reading sits between the two other thermometers, which means these might possibly be more accurate than the ThermPro, but I'm not sure if the tape might affect the result. Floating, it's slightly lower, which would suggest the ThermPro is more accurate. Honestly, I still don’t know which is giving the "true" reading. For my use, where being off by a degree or two doesn’t really matter, these are fine. And the compact size is super handy. So yeah, not perfect, but not bad either.
