My hairstylist at Frederic Fekkai in NYC used this hairdryer. It has a great, thin nozzle that attaches to help with frizz. Also, very powerful, dries hair quickly.

Product came broken
The hot setting did not work. Only the cold. When I went to return it, I had to pay $25 for shipping even though it was broken and never used it.

Not as good as the original model
I’ve owned one of the original models for this hair dryers for 20 years! It was the best hair dryer ever! Then it broke down and I ordered the same model again a few weeks ago. It looks the same but it’s definitely not the same quality. The most important flaw is that the highest temperature is not that hot, definitely not as hot as the previous version. When I try to blow out/straighten my hair it doesn’t work well at all, because it’s not hot enough. Never had a problem with the previous one I owner. It’s really disappointing to be honest, after paying &120+ plus for this hair dryer! Other than that, it’s still good, it has high blow power and good accessories.
