Terrible product
The directions were HORRIBLE!!! I cannot stress that enough. But when I finally got it put together, I got to the very end and It was missing two poles. may have realized that, if the directions were any good at the very beginning. Then I put the top cover over it to see if maybe I can get by without the poles, but when I went to zip it up. One of the zipper handles came off immediately and won’t go back on. It’s totally not worth the frustration!

Great shoe rack - transformed my doorway
Excellent shoe rack! I wear size 11.5-12 and was a little worried at first about whether my shoes would fit the rack, but they fit quite well given the cloth sides. With the front zipped or unzipped this looks great. For very tall pairs of shoes (e.g. hiking boots) I had to lay them on their sides, but that said they otherwise fit everything well - even size 12 basketball shoes fit regularly inside.Overall great shoe rack, this has really cleaned up and transformed my apartment entranceway. Quite easy to assemble alone as well.
