A little larger than 15mg tablets I have had in the past
Not as easy to swallow as tabs I have bought previously, only time will tell if they work as expected

All seems OK.
I honestly don't know if supplements do anything ... we just take them coz we think we should - and these fitted the bill and were sensibly priced. Delivery would have taken nearly three weeks if I hadn't used Prime.
