Great for Tea and Coffee Lovers!
Absolutely love this kettle! The variable temperature control is perfect for making different types of tea and coffee – I finally don’t have to guess the right temperature. The 1.7L capacity is great for making multiple cups, and the water heats up super fast. The keep warm feature is really handy too. Stylish design and easy to use – highly recommended!

Love this kettle
When I first unpacked the kettle I was a bit surprised with the look of it . It looks smaller than any other kettle I've had but it isn't. It holds a great amount of water . Pours without any drips . It was a different way to turn on which was a bit confusing. I love the fact you can choose the temperature of water you need .It boils fast , little bit noisy going straight from cold water but noise soon disappears .I love this kettle !!!

Cheap, but it “DID” meet the brief!
Bought as a temporary kettle. It’s one of the cheaper variable temperature Kettles, and it shows. it feels light and plastic, and the design of it is too. The lid needs to be completely removed, rather than being a flip-top, but that’s just down to your preference. But it does what you expect. The dial, that sets the temperature, is easy to use. Fill the kettle with water, rotate the dial and press the same dial to heat. The is an display on the side that shows the temperature.I’m not sure I’d like this an everyday kettle, but it’s good enough for my purpose. It seems smaller, the thermostats is dubious (but good enough) but it doesn’t hold the heat as my old kettle did.….only time will say if it lasts long enough to be awarded an extra star…A WEEK LATER: it can be a pain to turn on. the switch doesn’t always work. You select the temperature, and press it, but nothing… repeat several times until it starts heating.MONTH LATER: I went away for a few days, and it no longer works. All of the electrics continue to work, but the kettle never heats (at all). Will be returning and looking for another…

Great Looking Kettle
Never heard of Aigostar before, but what a great kettle. Just touch the button and it comes on with bleep. You can either set the temperature for the kettle to switch off (2 beeps when it turns off), or watch the digital temperature display rise and lift the kettle off its base when you've reached your chosen temperature. 10 out of 10 for looks, build and price - I can see this kettle out lasting all my other kettle i've had in the past.In the past i've had 3 Murphy Richard kettles, but found on all of them the lids become loose and break after 2 years, on another brand the switch breaks off.

Worked well for nearly 2 years
I bought this kettle as a coffee lover who often brews at home. It worked well and I appreciated the temperature controls that move up and down in 10 degree intervals from 40-100°C.I've had this for almost 2 years and have come home from work to find it not working. The display still functions and I can adjust the desired temperature but it now isn't boiling/heating the water.

Good value for money
I bought this because I did not like drinking water boiled in a plastic kettle due to the supposed health concerns. Best to go for a metal one. This does the job well. The heating element is hidden, so you only see a flat metal base. And it heats up very quickly. There is also a removable filter at its mouth in addition to the bigger holes in the metal body.If I had to nitpick any negative points: (a) It is a bit noisy while in operation and (b) the metal part outside gets damn hot, so have to be careful not to touch it (make sure you only touch the plastic handle, switch etc - basically any of the the black parts). However, given that this is made of metal, both these points are understandable and rather expected. All in all, a great kettle for its price. Looks good too.

Good kettle
I bought a similar Russell Hobbs kettle, and after about 3 months it suddenly started leaking from both the fill level windows! Looking at other reviews for that kettle, this is far from uncommon - pathetic, not to mention potentially dangerous, when it failed it was sat in a puddle, the base was soaked. I sent it back for a refund with no quibble from Amazon, and bought this one instead. It looks good, performs well, noise is about average, boils very fast.It loses one star from me simply because the single fill level gauge is behind the handle and not very easy to see when you are holding it under the tap, compared to others which have one or even two on the sides. But most importantly it (so far) does not leak!
