I liked it, done what its supposed to- and I didnt actually think it was that painful. The first pull put the fear in me though as I had this sudden fear it was never coming out! But pulled a bit harder and pop. Lost a star as it has one applicator (would have been perfect with two). I couldn't help but try it on those pesky ear hair.... not recommended, I was picking bits of wax out for days afterwards - also felt like my ear drum was going to explode

Difficult to melt in microwave oven, water all evaporated but wax bearly melted

I have no idea how anyone else is using this and how it's got such good reviews.The wax is terrible, it's more like a solid plastic.It takes ages to melt, then doesn't actually stick to anything.Only one applicator provided so by the time I'd tried both ends on one nostril, it was not possible to try again as the wax wouldn't remelt.By another brand. This really sucks and I haven't actually been able to get a single hair despite multiple attempts.

Very good product, easy to use kit, excellent instructions, It comes supplied with its own pull cord bag so all the equipment is kept together ready for the next use. It looks like it can be used many times as it comes with ample amounts of wax. the silicone cup is great as any left over can be saved and re used when it returns to a solid form as it just comes out of the cup back into the wax storage bag.. Very Pleased
