Worth the price
Heavy, sturdy, and accurate. Just go slowly and beware of how much material you’re removing. Used this for one fret leveling job and was very impressed.

High Fret? No Problem!
This is an excellent tool for fret leveling at a fraction of the price of one from the well known online luthier's store. It also doubles as a tool for sanding saddles and nuts. I think it's best suited for final sanding or for knocking down a high fret that may be causing problems. You'll likely want to go with 220 or 320 grit with a radiused block for initial fret sanding because at this tool's 600 grit, it would take quite a while. Unlike sandpaper, this tool will retain it's surface. All you need is a toothbrush for cleaning. Any guitarist with a little repair savvy will find this to be indispensable.

Seems fine
In the past I had to have a fret job done on one of my guitars and thought it was done amazingly, it was very expensive. When I saw this I figured why not, as for I could use it on another guitar I have that has major fret issues. I haven't used it yet, but this also allow you to gently sand down your fret at 1000 grit, and then just use a 2000 grit eraser to buff, and then just polish.

Excellent value. Well made.
These are heavy-duty flat sanding beams. For those with no grit, you'll need self-adhesive sandpaper. Made from barstock aluminum, the beam has some mass to it which helps keep it evenly in contact with the frets. No radius, so these are for touch-ups and polishing only - use a radiused sanding beam for heavier flattening or shaping.

Perfect tool for fret leveling without removing strings.
This is the perfect tool for leveling high frets on the go, without having to remove my strings. The bar is solid and straight, and it has pre attached abrasive for quick leveling. It is compact and lightweight, so it can easily stow in a gig bag or knapsack.
